About UV Stickers

This is a relatively new printing method that uses ultraviolet curing technology to create designs on films, including white (used as a base coat) and clear varnish (for a protective top coat). It involves printing vibrant and detailed designs directly onto a special film. The printed design can then be transferred onto various hard surfaces. UV DTF printing offers excellent color reproduction, durability, and versatility, allowing for high-quality prints on a wide range of materials. It is widely used in the production of specialty signage and promotional products

UV DTF prints offer a wide range of possibilities and can be used for a huge variety applications. Here are a few examples of what you can do with your UV DTF prints:

Packaging and labels: UV DTF prints can enhance the visual appeal of product packaging and labels. They can be used to create vibrant and attractive designs on boxes, bottles, jars, and other packaging materials.

Promotional items: UV DTF prints can be applied to various promotional items such as mugs, tumblers, phone cases, keychains, pens , hard hats and more. This allows you to create customised and branded merchandise for marketing and promotional purposes.

How to Apply

For best results apply only on a clean dry surface.

Remove the backing from the sticker, holding the print flat and peeling back the backing sheet.

Apply the sticker to the surface. Press down firmly.

Remove the clear front.

Products we’ve tried and found that work and don’t work

Flat hard surfaces are the best.  We’ve tried these successfully on:

• Glass
• Metal Drink Bottles (hand washing recommended)
• Notebooks (especially with gloss surface).   Looks great on our holographic notebook.
• Wooden Boxes
• Diaries
• Hard Coolers
• Hard Hats
• Jars & Tins
• Laptops (bearing in mind, these are hard to remove)
• Phone Cases

While these stickers will adhere to cardboard, removing the clear front often damages the cardboard.
